I use them for all my commercial laundromat repairs. They are fast, courteous and friendly. They are worth the cost to get the job done right the first time.
Called and was put on the list for a service call on 2 commercial units. Called the next week to see if we were on their schedule. The receptionist said they don't work that way - they just show up? Very odd. No one ever called me back or showed up. It's been over a month. Go with Owens Interstate out of Sturgis for repairs on your washers/dryers. They schedule, showed up and did a fabulous job.
