Horvitz plumbing, represented today by Nikoli have done a number of jobs for us over in Cambridge. Today I had a bunch of water shutoffs replaced, which resulted in needing to reset a garbage disposal unit and replace gaskets that had failed. Nikoli extended his service call (8.15 am - 2.35pm!) to repair a bunch of other things that came up in the course of the original service call. He is incredibly courteous and kind (even when two toddlers get curious about the new person in the house). He has a level of knowledge that is staggering and he is great about walking me through what he is doing and why. Through Nikoli, I've learned a ton about how the systems in my house work.
