We tend to share all the bad experiences so why not give praise when it’s due, unfortunately my circumstances landed me at Horton’s in Bryant, just had a few questions and the ladies there were nothing shy of helpful, from the big smile at the front desk to the informative billing dept, my experience was a 10/10. When I’m ready to begin my process I wouldn’t want anyone but those young ladies getting me on the road to recovery. Laura, Lana and Stephne YOU LADIES ROCK!!
I am a patient at Hortons, and I really do like them. I am waiting for my insurance to approve my new leg. I have Humana Insurance. If they pay , I still have to pay over two thousand dollars more. This is terrible insurance. 🥲
The whole staff is absolutely amazing! I feel like family every time I go to my appointments. I highly recommend them to anyone. I am RBKA and they have always taken the best care of me. The owners are family and great to work with! 🦿
Slow and have the market cornered. Need more competition in this market. Whatever you do , do not take a kid here and expect anything custom. Waste of money and they do not care if a brace fits correctly period.
Dr Horton made me a drop foot brace almost 20 yrs ago n i recommend everyone i know to him. Hes the only one id go. Save yourself sometime when youre looking for help and just go to the best. God bless, Norma Kover
