Ordered shoes. Was told maybe four weeks. Turned into 14. Had to get new inserts. Dr office faxed prescription. Hand carried prescription in a week later after they said they didn’t get it. Was fitted for new inserts on the 15th only to be called by the LR office on the 29th saying we were never fitted. Still haven’t been informed if insurance will cover the inserts. The reply mentioned nothing about the lost second set of impressions. We offered to write a check if insurance didn’t pay
