Contessa the lady that fits you is awesome. She really knows her stuff. The front desk and insurance staff not so much. It took 5 weeks to get my inserts. That is totally unacceptable! So I give Contessa 10 stars but the front desk 1 star!
I would not recommend this place in Conway... Run away as fast as you can. I had a prescription from my doctor to go there and get fitted for diabetic shoes. I was measured and chose the shoes I wanted. I was told it would be a couple of weeks to get them. It was going on three months. I called several times and was given the same answer... This place is awesome! They really care about you and go above on service for their patients! Chris is amazing! Everyone is so very nice! Love the front staff ladies!
Horton’s is the best place ever! They got my husband through a hard first year after amputation and continue to support and care for him three years later. Encouraging and helpful through every process of getting a prosthetic! Chris and his team are awesome. We would never consider going anywhere else.
Would not recommend wasn't happy with my brace I paid 200$ for to be told I have to rip soles out of my shoes to wear I was never told that nor does the brace fit and no refund just stuck with a brace I'm not happy with
