Each time I've used his service, it's been amazing. Mr. Ricky and Mr. Carl came by with warm, friendly service. They came in, got the job done, and left me feeling secure that not only was it completed, but was a one time completion. LOVE THOSE GUYS!
I was in a bad need for a plumber. I tried to contact 9 plumbers after that hard freeze. Only one was good enough to call me back. Billy said he can come look at it that day but would not be able to repair it until 2 days later. Billy seen the position I was in and make the repair on the spot.
