Great friendly service
I went to Hortons to get an insured bond, after paying more than normal for the service, after signing the bill and after they had looked up the price for the service, a few weeks later they send me a bill for 200 dollars, honestly feels like extortion when I was hoping I could just depend on them to be honest, fair and upfront but that don't seem to be the case when dealing with these people so I won't be.
