First, Rochelle is amazing. Anytime that I have had any changes to my insurance or questions she is always happy to help. She is very quick to respond whenever I have any inquires. When I originally started working with her at Horton, she not only saved me money for our insurance needs, but she truly cared. We did not feel like a business transaction, but rather a friend that she was helping. I cannot recommend Rochelle and Horton Insurance enough!
