I have been a customer of Tim Nortons for many years. I was in the market to purchase another policy.the receptionist who answered was a complete b..ch to talk to. I was looking for my friend and she sounded like she resent the man. It’s really unfortunate when the owner retires that his old customer base gets treated like this. Stay away from this insurance broker.
Great Service
The only time I ever was acknowledged was if I owed any money. Almost 2 years never missing a payment and still treated like dirt. Very Rude!! I am happy I switched to Freeway.
