They call you in for a job interview and tell you that you will receive a call on weather you got the job or not and never hear back very on professional important have called and left emails and still nothing and I went I. There with 20 some year experience people say it a good company to work for put you must have to know someone in the company in order to get hired
Actively deleting reviews seems to be their MO when it comes to negativity. Company is garbage, vehicles are garbage. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM! IT WILL BE UNFINISHED! They will then tell you everything is covered under their warranty, so when you have time you can bring the ambulance back or they'll send a tech out. Please don't support this company. Saving dollars not lives is their game.
I called Horton seeking help with my Horton Ambulance transmission. Receptist refused to help and tried to connect me to a dealer instead of a mechanic or engineer. No help, rude and I definitely wouldn't do business with a company who's not interested in helping customers. Go elsewhere you'll get support but not from Horton.
I’m a service technician. I called and left a voicemail attempting to get service info and no one would call me back. Don’t bother calling them
They discriminated against me first so because u was black woman and my postpartum medication made me swab dirty. I don’t use drug and didn’t and I told the lady I can bring my prescription and she said she would have me retake the test and never called me to do so. I hate places of business like that and the HR lady should be fired for lying. I honestly should sue them I guarantee I could win in court!!!!
