What an absolute gem of a spot! This was our first time staying at a bed-and-breakfast and now the standard is set high. Beautiful location and their property is gorgeous. Jeannie and David were excellent hosts and incredible chefs. We look forward to hopefully staying there again in the future!
Found Horton Creek Inn during a search for places to stay for a little get away for my husband and I. Horton Creek sits on 50 secluded acres in Charlevoix but is closer to Boyne City. The home is ADA accessible, have a ramp for those who cannot navigate stairs and also having a room on the main floor to stay in. All rooms are decorated by theme. Absolutely fantastic stay, I wish I could have stayed longer. You are greeted by the Owners as you pull into the driveway, I thought this was such a personal touch. They proceeded to give us a tour of the house and the outside. They went over the room we would be staying in and how to operate everything in perfect detail. This visit to Horton Creek Inn was our second, and again it was excellent in every way. The owners are attentive and friendly, they made sure our stay was perfect. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast was superb both mornings. We wanted a peaceful getaway, this stay was that and so much more. We have now been guests with Dave and Jeannie for 16 years. The Inn just keeps getting better and better. This time we stayed in the cabin, what a great addition to the B&B. Breakfast was, as always, amazing.
