We had the pleasure of working with Orion in our search for kitchen hardware while building our house. His products and knowledge are incredible and the customer service and genuine care he provided were beyond our expectations! We lived far, and were able to do everything over email and phone calls- We were truly so lucky to have found him!
I’ve been working with Horton since 1975 when I worked with the owners grandparents. They are the best. Businesses just aren’t like this anymore and it’s sad that more don’t track like Horton’s, always toward the quality
I have been here twice now looking for a drawer pull for an antique desk. Both times the person waiting on me went above and beyond to help me. My experience really made me appreciate how fortunate we are in CT to still have these older small factories. Never would have expected to find it deep in a residential area of Cromwell.
