We spent close to $30,000 with this company, on a driveway and various landscaping projects. Long story very short - over 75% of the landscaping dies within weeks. Carter Mason the owner came out and signed off on all the shrubs that died. He said he would be back in a week to replace them...18 months later multiple phone calls nothing. We hired Carter Mason with Horticultural Gardens to repair a stream that had been eroding due to the heavy rain. It took a couple of weeks to set a schedule for repair, but we finally set a schedule in March 2013. When they finally came out to repair the stream, damages were done to our driveway and the service was not fully completed. As of today, there are now trenches in our yard from the equipment that was used to fill the stream. He also cracked part of our driveway with the heavy equipment used.
