Not what they advertise as after 2 years with a 10% risk I am down 5% and it never seems to go up much but always drops big chunks at a time. They just don't seem to be about making us money yet I am paying them 2% to lose 5% for 2 years. At one point in a 10% risk my year to date lose was 11.62 %.
We invested our life savings with Hortor Investment Management and were told that Hortor's main objective was to provide security of our assets albeit we may not fully participate in the upside of the market. We were told we should conservatively expect about a 7-9% ROI. Not participating in the upside of the market became very evident in 2017 when the market was on fire.
