Used their service for about a year with monthly cleaning. The price is very reasonable and the cleaning is good. The issues are - 1) punctuality. There’re 4 instances when they are more than 20 mins late with no communication. We had to wait at home guessing ; 2) this was the last straw. There were two incidents where stuff went missing from home. They are small jewelry and makeup item. When we presented the case to the owner we were ghosted and just total silence. Be aware.
Excellent monthly cleaning service! Our home is always spotless and tidy afterward, which makes such a difference with our kids around. We truly appreciate their consistent work.
