Dr. Horta is a trusted and experienced professional who has seen 4 members of our family for years and delivered our second child with safety, communication, and expertise.
For future patients: AVOID this doctor! All the 1-star reviews are from the real patients and 5-stars are from her affiliates. Imagine how awful a doctor could be for receiving no >1 star review from the real patients!
Dr. Horta is extremely rude in tone and cuts you off mid-explanation to shame you about your current state. She invalidates your feelings and explanation of symptoms by telling you you’re wrong. She is not willing to help revolve your discomfort, but rather creates more discomfort after your visit with her. Extremely unhelpful and clearly not doing her job because she cares. In spite of getting tested and testing negative for COVID (and having herd-immunity from a positive result 3 weeks prior) her clinic is still unwilling ... read more
