Roberto and Roberto Jr are efficient, honest, & do a great job. I had a shag rug to get trimmed after a cat accident. Originally, we were going to cut and bind it but after seeing how much of the carpet we had to cut (about half), they recommended we just latex the end of it which saved me money. We all realized the full rug would need replacing so this was the best option. I called them & they fit me in very quickly. They removed the old cut rug too. Highly recommend !
