Horsley was referred. I recieved a quote fort chimney water test and repair. I noticed his 350 quote was expensive but he said he would fix any small repairs. So I used him. He went on my roof with a house for 20 minutes spraying the chimney with water. He comes down and states I need a concrete cap which will cost 1500. He did no repairs. Spent 20 minutes spraying water and didn't even remove the chimney cap to look in the chimney. Do not use this man. I got hood winked. Bamboozled. Took. Scammed.
