Normally I dont post, but the condition of room was not tolerable. They had electrical issue so the Aircon and Hot water didn't work. I asked the reception lady twice who was friendly though, she flicked the fuse but the aircon only ran for 10min before turning off again. I was shivering the whole night and to top it off, had a cold shower as the hot water didn't run. The sink gets clogged up, barely just by washing hands. Room was dirty. Lights flickered. TV remote didn't work. Bathroom smelt. Front door didn't close properly, when asked at reception to check was met with attitude as if it was my problem. Needs lots of work, would not recommend.
Stayed at Horsham Motel and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is super convenient, just a quick walk to town. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the free parking made it easy. Great value for money, would happily stay again.
Stayed in room 8. None of the the bed head lights worked. Either flickering or not coming on. Couldn't get tv remote to work. Couldn't get tv to come on using buttons behind it. Had to set AC unit to 30 degrees to get any heat. Does this place do any maintenance 🤔 Not worth the $124 I paid
