Just stayed here for second time in 6 weeks. Came back because of friendly efficient staff, good location for access to shops, cafes, pubs in walking distance, exceptionally clean spacious room if just a little dated, comfortable bed, reasonably quiet for location, nice pool. Second visit confirmed all the above, plus staff kindly facilitated early access to (2) rooms and extra car parking for us. Also were kind when I stupidly left key in the room! We had a very pleasant two-day stay here. The room was large, very clean and with excellent amenities. Beds were soft and very comfortable. It's centrally located, and we could easily walk around Horsham city centre for meals and shops. We were also pleasantly surprised by the range of activities in and around the town. Thank you.
Our Club members booked 4 rooms recently. All were happy with their rooms ,finding them roomy, good beds and bathroom facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great with nearby supermarket and Plaza. Very little road noise. Would stay again .
