Serviced our Kia Sorrento for several years. After trouble with Gearbox another Kia Dealer has advised Transmission oil has never been changed in 109000 kilometres by Horsham Kia and was most likely the cause of the trouble with the gearbox. Not happy as we understood our car was being properly maintained with Horshams regular service
Great service centre at Toyota, son is a mechanic there, get all our cars serviced here. Great friendly efficient staff, knowledgeable mechanics, loan car available. Best place in horsham and area in my opinion. I get my Renault van regularly serviced here and have never had an issue, my wife also gets her Toyota serviced here and likewise with no problems
I had the best experience at Horsham Kia buying my new car. Tyson and the rest of the team provided me with exceptional service from start to finish, and were extremely helpful getting my novated lease sorted out. They also met me in ballarat for a test drive which i really appreciated. Tyson was super communicative, friendly, and very attentive to my requests.
