What a shocking experience, I was told last week that I had to horsham instead of warracknabeal no drama, lady on the ph with minimal English assured me the teeth would be taken out and denture put straight in .I took 3 days off for the work only to be told the day before they wont do the denture for weeks only the extraction on the day booked.What a great waste of my time.thanks for nothing. Maybe future patients should get something in writing
