Would have been no star. Worst mechanic in Horsham 1 thing wrong with your car they fix the problem to find it doing the same thing again the next day opposite side what a joke they have done this 3 seperate times 3 different cars clearly breaking parts to have you go back for more work not what a mechanic should be about and was Verry smart when I called up about it and new exactly what I was talking about
We were left in a real bind after our car ran into some trouble outside Horsham. Gary squeezed us in at last minute. Unfortunately our car ended up being a write off but Gary & all of his team could not have been more professional or hospitable. They were so helpful & went above & beyond in every way to help us, even though clearly there was no money to be made on their part. Really lovely experience from start to finish.

We came there with a broken alternator and they helped us immediately and we had a quote for the repair in no time. Even though they were quite busy we could get an appointment the next day, which was super nice because we're just travelling through. They even dealt with our insurance! They are very competent, friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with Auto Tech and can fully recommend them! 😊
