I love this stores. I bought a pair of boots at the Midwest Horse Fair in April. Turned out they were too small for my Granddaughter. I called them and they said "no problem, send em' back and we'll send you a new pair. I figured I was out of luck since I was from out of state. The new boots arrived today : ) thanks. We stopped at Washington Co fairpark Tack Sale. Alli and I had Michelle help us find boots that were comfortable and looked great. Being wore to our banquet tonight too. Thanks Michelle!!
Stopped in today looking for a pair of boots. Michelle was so helpful and took her time to make sure that the boots I was looking for would fit properly and be comfortable. Her knowledge of how the boots are made. Made my decision a lot easier to purchase the right boots for my comfort and job. My first visit yesterday was definitely the first of Many! Super friendly service, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I was allowed to browse and didn't feel pressured once. That is a Huge deal breaker for me, no one wants to be hounded. I got the perfect boots and can't wait to come back. Thanks girls for helping me out!!
