Fantastic food & service – We were driving back from New Hampshire and looking for a place to eat that was not a chain restaurant and noticed this spot. We had never heard of it and decided to try it. We are glad we did. Fantastic food and service and felt very comfortable. We live in Marblehead and will definelty be frequenting the Horseshoe Grille
Gourmet barbecue at its best! – The "Shoe" is our local favorite. Great atmosphere and excellent service. The menu features something for everyones taste and the food is top quality, gourmet cuisine. Lots of great barbecue, good sandwiches and nice salads. A great family place but fun to go as a couple or with friends. Love the pulled pork and turkey tips. Oh yes.....desserts are heavenly and need to be shared!
Best Family restaurant in the noth of Boston Area – We have two children ages 1 and 3 and go to the Shoe whenever we need a meal out. Diverse menu. Food is consistently very good, the steaks for me and the specials or pulled pork for my wife though the occasional diversion to the ribs is also a good choice. You'll want to go back for more.............. – Some restaurants you go to, there is way too much stuff on the menu, some do not have enough. The Horseshoe is just right. Ribs to die for – I had heard about the place from friends and decided to try it while driving through town. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service great. Asked the wait staff what their favorite dishes were because we were new to the place and they offered some great selections. It was clear that they liked the food there as well. Best Nachos I have ever had! Excellent Service, Outdoor Seating, Great Staff! – I go to the Horseshoe Grille often for dinner. The food is amazing! They serve the BEST NACHOS I have ever had! World's best ribs. Top quality meats – Ribs are out of this world. We came with a large party and everything was excellent. Host and servers were very friendly and came by often to ensure we had a great time. . Food and service was excellent. We all drove down from NH well worth the short ride. This is a family place were you can relax and have a beverage in the lounge while you are waiting to be seated. Very relaxed. Enjoy
really good food I was very pleased with the food, the ambiance and the entire experience at the Horse Shoe Cafe. After the renovations that were done, it's taken the restaurant into a whole new dimension. Waitstaff is great and the menu diversity is amazing.
