I wasn’t told I had to pay for travelling to and from my house not even written on their web site.I took 3 days off work because they didn’t turn up first appointment the 2nd they plumbed into the wrong pipe and the 3rd they worked to put 2nd appointment right took 1hr 25mins to do the job correctly they charged me 3hrs 18 mins labour when I complained was told to get someone else next time.(will DEFINITELY GET A DIFFERENT PLUMBER COMPANY NEXT TIME ) Not good customer service at all, had no problem paying for parts and time ... read more
Called them at 8.30 am with no hot water. They were there by 9.30 with the spare parts required to fix the problem. Prompt, friendly, efficient and organised. Highly recommend.
Prompt response to blocked drain. Professional action on site. The plumber on site went to extra checks to make sure that the blockage was cleared. Very pleased with the overall ‘job attitude’ can highly recommend
I had my water meter moved and they did a great job reconnecting the water supply and also clearing a drain
This business provide a tremendous service on the South Coast. They recently installed some taps for me and then promptly responded when I reported an issue with the water pressure afterwards. Turns out this was not due to their work but it revealed a fault with the water meter. The plumber reported it to SA Water and it was fixed the next day. From the efficient phone service, to the plumber's expertise, and the reponse to a problem, evertything was very professional. Highly recommended.
