I'm So displeased with this company. There is no one that will get you any information. I ordered a bag for my wife for Valentines and website claim 2 day shipping. I even paid extra for the express shipping. Now they are telling me after tow days the order has not even been placed. Completely Dissatisfied. Watch out everyone who orders on line. You may never see you purchase.
Every time I order from you guys I'm amazed at the super fast delivery! I ordered Wednesday afternoon, my rug is here Friday morning. And the rugs are true fitting and great quality. The prices are fantastic too! Very happy semi regular (when my kids destroy their rugs) customer.
