These guys are the greatest, they actually care about the customer. I've been a customer a few times and always got what I needed cheaper than anticipated with quality parts. If you drive a Subaru in or out of warranty and need service I highly recommend you bring it here, they really know their way around a boxer engine and that saves the customer money when going to other shops that aren't as familiar with them. Took car there in Oct 2023 , it’s sept 2024 still don’t have my car. I call from my number they don’t answer , call from another number they answer instantly then chokes up when I ask about my car it’s always “let me talk to angel I’ll call you back but never get a call back. If you want your car done in time and done right do not come here!!!!
Taking my car to this place for years was the worst financial mistake I've ever made. Here are just a few of their mistakes with picture evidence. 1. Broken intercooler elbow 2. Broken MAP sensor bolt 3. Broken fuel sending unit 4. Intercooler elbow disconnected 5. Non OEM coil packs 6. Premature clutch wear (About 25,000 miles) 7. Unplugged vacuum hose In total they cost me over $10k in unnecessary repairs and I'm still not done. They did such a bad job on my motor rebuild that I now have to have a valve job after just 30k ... read more
