Contacted Joshua on 2/6/25 and sent videos of problem with hot water tank making loud gurgling noises. He said he was in the area and could be here the next day. He came the next day and discovered the controller to the solar wasn’t working. We had an emergency situation with our switch board phoned after hours and Joshua was at our house within 10 mins and made our house safe. Cannot thank him enough, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 10 out of 10

Left a message for Horsell Electrical requesting a quote for some work through Localsearch, Josh contacted me promptly and organised to go look at the job and quoted me a competitive price. He was professional and efficient in his communications.

Came at a minutes notice after hours, was very stressed out and worried after talking to multiple sparkles including my friends.. These guys troubleshooted the root cause of the issue within 30 mins and didn't bs me. Pretty amazing service 5/5.
