My parents had an issue with their electricity. It was after hours called 3 other people who advertised as 24 hour yet they weren't. Called Joshua he was polite and very helpful, he stated he would be here in half an hour, and was! He rectified the situation and made it safe so my parents had electricity for the night. He attended at 8am the following morning and fixed the issue being wires from Ausgrid pole to the house. My parents very happy with his professionalism and his friendly reassuring attitude. I've used their services from day one. As a carpenter I've had horsell on many jobs. Always communicates, has always shown up on time and treats my clients with respect. Work quality has been top tier and I would happily recommend

Contacted Joshua on 2/6/25 and sent videos of problem with hot water tank making loud gurgling noises. He said he was in the area and could be here the next day. He came the next day and discovered the controller to the solar wasn’t working. We had an emergency situation with our switch board phoned after hours and Joshua was at our house within 10 mins and made our house safe. Cannot thank him enough, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 10 out of 10
