Hire drivers who know how to drive and have proper professional etiquette. Besides my experience, after reading the reviews. This isn’t the first incident with your drivers. I can only imagine the ones that not been reported.
I don’t know what type of people this company hires to drive the trucks for their company but a particular individual (an older, white man with glasses) decided to merge into the lane that does from Madison Ave or the direction to Pennsylvania Ave in Paterson. His way of merging was cutting off all cars because he ran out of space to merge nearly smash my car into the rails and his truck. I recently used Horseless Carriage to move a car cross country and it went perfectly . First and most importantly, they own trucks. They aren't brokers! They gave me a reasonable rate and timeframe and did exactly what they said they would do, with great communication while the car was in transport. The driver made sure the timing of the delivery was convenient for me, and then delivered my car, as stated, in perfect condition.
