Hello! Is this for the Air bnb? We were wondering if the Hot tub was open year round or if it was closed for chrismas? It says that the pool is for guest only and I was wondering if the hot tub is included in that? One last question is how often it is cleaned?

A recent 1 star review has been posted by a disgruntled former boarder. After bringing their horses to Horse Spa Farm (1 with major health issues) the newbies were unwilling to work with owner and staff in helping their horses to acclimate into their respective herds. Blatant disregard to rules and requests created unnecessary and undesired stress in a normally quite, peaceful farm. Many of the current boarders have been at Horse Spa Farm for 10+ years.
