If you are not aware Horse Country has the most incredible selection of antique equestrian books. It's a delightful experience to look through them. I bought a book on the Grand National Race in England full of hand painted lithographs. It is stunning. Figure if I don't get to see the Grand National in person at least I have the book :) PS I think HC has similar ones in stock be sure to ask them.

I love the book area. The old books excite me most, especially if there are handwritten notes on the pages. Sometimes, newspaper articles are inside that relate to a person or passage in the book. It's a huge thrill to see a date of 1923, for example, or a gift inscription "To John, Merry Christmas, December 1918." Thank you all for your comments. Marion
