I have scheduled tours of several farms through the HC office. I will say that, there was a window of time between Dec 2024 and April 2025 when I was less than impressed with the friendliness of the receptionist answering the phone. Both someone close to me and I spoke to someone who acted like she was doing us a favor, rather than appreciating our business. Store shelves are always faced nicely. Many sale items.
Waste of money unfortunately.
There is no customer service on weekends. When you do get to speak with someone they're accusatory and not friendly. They do not work with you on rescheduling. Save your money.
Customer service not open during busy hours, like weekends. When speaking with them they drew the conversation out seemingly just to be rude. They didn’t apologize for inconvenience, raised their voice and didn’t offer a solution for customer satisfaction. I highly warn anyone to not book with this 3rd party company. They just want your money.
