I have scheduled tours of several farms through the HC office. I will say that, there was a window of time between Dec 2024 and April 2025 when I was less than impressed with the friendliness of the receptionist answering the phone. Both someone close to me and I spoke to someone who acted like she was doing us a favor, rather than appreciating our business.
