Horse & Hound is great but thier answering service is terrible !!! Just called this morning and the lady who answered was far from professional 🙄
I’ve been to Horse and Hound on a few occasions, and they are nothing short of exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about the way Dr. Margo and her staff treated me and my animals. They’re so compassionate and kind. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease when I attended and was very good about getting back to me via email, which is very surprising because not many companies are good with that. Wonderful veterinary services and reasonably priced
Though Margo cares deeply for the animals she cares for, she/nor her office staff have been returning any phone calls. I have been a client of hers for many years and recently I have had two separate occasions where I have left several messages for needing care for my animals with no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional. I was forced to find a different vet.
