Definitely the worst company we have had so far . To many extra fees and ripoffs
Absolute Garbage
We had snow & cold weather last January & my bill was not high. This year after the snow it was about $125 higher. I live alone . Thermostat is set at 68° in the winter. I do nothing when it's the peak hours. THIS IS INSANE.

I received my bill and couldn’t believe it was a $150 more than last month. Come to find out that I was charged $150 for one hour on 12/15 from 7am to 8am. So I paid $200 for 29 days and 23 hours. So I called HEC and pretty much the guy said you have to turn off your heat between 6 and 9 am or this will happen again. I have been living in this house since 2020 and have never had a heating bill this high.My neighbor has the same size house and his bill was $120 less.
