I had a very nice experience here where the ladies that process the applications are knowledgeable, calm, kind and very helpful. Compared to Rochester, NY this was a pleasant experience without my guts churning!!
I needed to come to your office to apply for primary residence on a new condo i purchased. I am an older woman and was very overwhelmed by the process however a woman there by the name of Melissa helped me through the whole process from beginning to end. She was like an angel to me. I can't speak highly enough of this lady, she is a wonderful example of customer service!

Very easy to access and to navigate. The sign telling you which way to go as a Disabled Vet is confusing though and needs to be changed. You must go to MyDort to do the exemption form and pay for you vehicle tax upfront then get reimbursed once the form comes from the state Tax revenue department
