Oh my gosh! The ladies in the front office were so friendly and extremely helpful. I've never had such a positive experience at any government agency in my 67+ years. Claudine was outstanding. Thank you!
Amy Calder shouldn't be in the office, over 2 weeks calling and leaving voice mails with no response. Eventually she popped up screaming "DO YOU WANT TO HEAR THE ANSWER??" like I haven't tried to contact her for weeks to get it and "YOU NEED TO STOP!" when I asked how long it will take to respond to my email. When I asked to talk to Director - she hang up and blocked my number from the line. Attaching screenshots of my 5 calls is not allowed, but I have them handy.
There no getting in hold of them on phone.
Taxes are never fun. Coming into the county assessors office, I was greeted with a warm smile and positive attitude. I worked with Debbie and she was absolutely amazing. The team upfront had been there for a period of six months to just a few weeks. I threw a complicated situation and they met the challenge head on.
