I really appreciated Dr. Horrace-Voigt’s friendly demeanor and felt I got clear and concise care from her.
Do Not recommend…Dr. was rude, Very unfriendly environment
This woman is an urgent care Dr but I do NOT recommend seeing her. Call first to find out which Dr is on call. She is very sarcastic, her nurse I saw (for a Saturday) visit was also very cold and sarcastic. The Dr had a smirk on her face when I was explaining why I was there as if I was faking or something and the nurse was the same way. I have a medical issue I was born with so I do take my health seriously in order to avoid serious set backs! Don’t go to that urgent care on Knickerbocker.
