Have stage 3 endo, unable to walk with pain. Told that’s a woman’s issue. We can’t help with that. And to take pandol.
Almost impossible to get them to answer their phone. Their phone system just ends your call if you’ve been on hold for 10 minutes, with their recorded message saying to call back later. You have no option to continue holding, the call is just cut off. So, I call back, get put on hold for another 10 minutes, get disconnected….and on and on it goes until/if I'm lucky enough to speak to anyone. stayed on the phone with them yesterday for 30 minutes for an appointment for my son which they said was important, for them to ring me today and cancel it 😂 these guys can be hit or miss, when you get seen it’s awesome- but to try get seen is ridiculous. Never offer a solution or alternative either- had to ring other doctors last week when my toddler was severely sick as I couldn’t get them to even pick up when I was ringing for HOURS, the other doctors told me to ring my GP back for an after hours appointment- when I did ... read more
