They never answer the phone. It’s a complete disaster. We will look at moving to another provider. On their website they say they are open for new enrolments, they should focus on providing a better service for their existing clients. Don’t waste your time with this outfit, they can’t even answer the phone.
I have been ringing continuously today to cancel my appointment for tomorrow but the phone keeps hanging up plus the myindici which you sent a temp password to me doesnt work & why send me it when I'm not registered to the portal! I will not be paying the late cancellation fee when yous never answer your phone!!

Almost impossible to get them to answer their phone. Their phone system just ends your call if you’ve been on hold for 10 minutes, with their recorded message saying to call back later. You have no option to continue holding, the call is just cut off. So, I call back, get put on hold for another 10 minutes, get disconnected….and on and on it goes until/if I'm lucky enough to speak to anyone.
