Extremely rude staff lady at reception. Talked down to me and made me feel belittled. Very rude and condescending. I needed something that was urgent to be treated and was talked to like it didn’t matter whatsoever.

Never answer your phone I have now missed a fourth appointment as we have to ring to confirm this is not good enough
No one answers the phone! You'll be lucky to get through after calling over a period of two hours. If you request a smear test and this isn't your regular Dr's be prepared to be rejected and told NO! This is the reason for my review. How can you tell a woman who is concerned about their health to go else where, when I'm living in Levin. Just because I'm not your regular, doesn't mean you have the right to refuse me health tests that are important. You need to look at your reviews and take note. Absolutely horrendous I was calling and calling all day no one picked up, they were closing before 5.00pm. When I went in they couldn’t give me a good explanation of why they were closing early and they didn’t have a doctor at the practice to speak to me about getting and emergency prescription will be making a complaint to the New Zealand medical board and sending and recording with it.
