Absolutely horrendous I was calling and calling all day no one picked up, they were closing before 5.00pm. When I went in they couldn’t give me a good explanation of why they were closing early and they didn’t have a doctor at the practice to speak to me about getting and emergency prescription will be making a complaint to the New Zealand medical board and sending and recording with it.
This practice hardly ever answers their phone which is pointless as for a same day appointment you have to ring at 8:30 am. They hardly never answer the phone no matter how many times you ring or what time of the day. Major shortage of doctors who actually work there and it's at least a 6 week waiting time to even get an appointment. Fed up and will looking to join another practice.

Young lady on the phone was very sweet. Got an appointment(phone triage) that day, the doctor was really nice too and got me some meds that made me feel much better. All in all it felt like a very pleasant and efficient process. Thank you.
