I was far from impressed with the poor service offered and the lack of communication skills, the staff are not doing a good job and left me with no immediate resolution to my medical issues. Would no recommend as their main excuse was they are short staffed. With no physical doctor when visiting, prescription was bungled and no follow-up I think they failed in their care of duty and I will be moving to different practise.
Extremely rude staff lady at reception. Talked down to me and made me feel belittled. Very rude and condescending. I needed something that was urgent to be treated and was talked to like it didn’t matter whatsoever.

Never answer your phone I have now missed a fourth appointment as we have to ring to confirm this is not good enough
No one answers the phone! You'll be lucky to get through after calling over a period of two hours. If you request a smear test and this isn't your regular Dr's be prepared to be rejected and told NO! This is the reason for my review. How can you tell a woman who is concerned about their health to go else where, when I'm living in Levin. Just because I'm not your regular, doesn't mean you have the right to refuse me health tests that are important. You need to look at your reviews and take note.
