I highly do not recommend Cynthia Horodnic. She is very unprofessional, arrogant , and condescending. Makes everything out to be your fault. Can’t provided a simple consent forum. Refuses to community in a timely manor with others who need information regarding the sessions. Also have reported her conduct to my health plan. Apparently she also works for Gateway so she is to divide and doesn’t have the time to actually provide a good experience. She had attacked me verbally in every sessions at every point possible . I love Dr. Horodnic, Lauren, Sophia and Artie! They are so accessible and really care about their patients and get to know you. It’s rare to have that kind of experience with doctors these days!!
The BEST family doctor I have ever been to!! I whole staff is wonderful and the doctor is very thoughtful and takes his time with his patients to get to know them!! Would recommend to ALL my family and friends!! Continue going after my very first visit!! 💯
