Service manager needs some people skills. And talking about your employees in a negative way within earshot of customers is not professional.
Came in yesterday Tuesday the 22nd of July at about 930 to see what yall had and was looking to trade in my Heritage Classic for a Roadglide. Not at this place!!! Wondered around for about 20 minutes inside and outside. People sitting on counters and desks bullshitting and yelling jokes to their social circles. Was finally addressed as I was leaving.
