Good service
Unprofessional and Frustrating Had my bumper repaired two years ago through insurance. Paint started bubbling and peeling (large patches). Other mechanics said no primer was used. Shop blamed a “paint reaction” and claimed primer wasn’t needed. Agreed to redo the job but offered no courtesy car. When we showed up for the scheduled appointment, they had no record of it. No apology, just delays. Poor service overall.
Had my car for repairs as directed by the insurance company. They delivered at the highest quality level, from hand over, to communication, to friendliness of the receptionist, and not the least the quality of the repairs. The car looked like new, I simply could not believed it. Thank you so much for your service.
my experience with the team at HPSR was excellent! from checking in my car to picking it up was seamless. I was advised that the repairs would take 5 business days, it only took 2, and they washed it as well. Many thanks HPSR..
