Don't use these clowns if can avoid it. My car was written off so I wanted to pick up a few things before it got towed away. I call them and tell them I'd come the next day to pick up my items. I get there the next day and they tell me it's already been towed away to the scrap yard and they don't know where it's gone - absolute mess.
Attitude of the staff is appalling. Services are of lowest standard. Even if my insurance company sends me there ever again, I will not visit here.
Very happy with the service and repair work at Hornsby Prestige Asquith. A special mention of Ash, who explained the process from the very beginning and did a commendable job. Keep up the good work 👍
In short - AVOID . Couldn't agree more with the other low score reviews. Similar feedback to what others has mentioned with their assessment / booking repair process and very poor communication.
