I will not use again. Service has been consistently inconsistent with ongoing delays in completing repairs and incorrect information provided about collection arrangements. Despite staff working on site, we were told that no one could locate vehicle for us to collect and to come back another day.
Stay away at all costs. Even if your insurer sends you there! Extremely unethical, dishonest and scandalous. Their aim is not to fix the accidental damage but to pressure you into unnecessary “private” jobs with excessive quotes. I can confirm the majority of the 1 star reviews are true without exaggerations. Will never return.
The repair work on the car was very rough. After I got home, I had to realign the panel gaps myself. The inside of the car was also left dirty.
Don't use these clowns if can avoid it. My car was written off so I wanted to pick up a few things before it got towed away. I call them and tell them I'd come the next day to pick up my items. I get there the next day and they tell me it's already been towed away to the scrap yard and they don't know where it's gone - absolute mess.
Attitude of the staff is appalling. Services are of lowest standard. Even if my insurance company sends me there ever again, I will not visit here.
