I've been using Hornsby Pool Care for years and been so impressed by their service. Always helpful and able to resolve all the issues I've had with the pool. Just last week I discovered my chlorine drum was completely empty only days after it had been filled. After testing the drum they found it had a leak, refilled the chlorine drum (at no extra charge) also tested the water and balanced it out. A very happy customer. Good service and advice
We started using Hornsby Pool Care several years ago and have always been really happy with their excellent service and transparent pricing. Jyson in particular has been awesome - he knows what he’s doing, he’s super friendly, responsive, and reliable. He always stays in regular contact, shows up when he says he will, keeps the water clear and balanced and the filter and pump maintained, leaves everything spotless, and lets me know if something needs attention before it becomes a bigger issue. Terrible service, rude staff, do not recommend! We went to Hornsby Pool Care yesterday seeking to buy some chemicals for our pool and the staff member flat out refused to advise / serve him. We will never return and we will tell everyone we know how bad this business is! Get new, helpful staff!!!!!!
