I contacted them in April for a small job. They came out took measurements and said they would get me a quote. I to this day have not received one. I could go thru my phone records and tell you how many times I have contacted them, but at least twice a week. They did say they lost an employee, but were training a new one, and the office gal was new, but come on. Horns flooring did a fabulous job on my floors!!! They were on time and kept my house clean as they went we had about 1200 or more square feet done and it never interfered with family life, thanks for such a nice job!!!!
These guys came into our home and didn't waste any time. Very friendly and professional. The floors look AMAZING!!! We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Horns crew!
These guys are awesome. I was able to pick out my tile for shower and flooring in 20 minutes with their store layout. Jason had great ideas to help and Shane and his skills made my bathroom a showcase. I absolutely love it. Very professional and talented. Look forward to them doing my other bathroom.
We loved having Horn's Home Improvement work on our home. They replaced all the flooring in our downstairs. And did a fabulous job! But here is what I just loved about them- the crew of guys that came over were polite, well mannered, nice guys. I have 4 kids and they inevitably would get in the way every now and again. And every time they were kind to my kids, talked to them and worked around our craziness! I already have plans to have them come back next summer to update our kitchen.
Wow! We just had our master bath remodel done by Jason Horn's crew. Shane, Tyler and Josh did an incredible job. We are more than thrilled with the finished product. Even working through the inevitable glitches that plague construction projects, everyone kept their cool and worked hard to make it happen on time. You would never be sorry to work with Jason and his crew.
