Hornet’s Heating and Cooling replaced and installed a new outside unit 7 years ago and replaced the evaporator coils on the unit in my attic. This weekend my ac stopped working and I had another HVAC company come out to diagnosis. I provided paperwork from Hornets that I have a 10 year manufacturing warranty and a 5 year warranty on certain parts. Hornet’s Heating and Cooling installed out furnace 7 years ago. They used old parts with our new furnace, left the old unit in our attic and refused to remove in when we asked about it, and they’ve failed to return our phone calls over the last 2 years when we’ve had ongoing issues with our furnace. Two years ago my little one was born. He was 8 days old, our house temp was 55 degrees, we called Hornet’s Heating and Cooling, left messages, and they never returned our calls.
