They are rude they leave all their mess when they leave (Nails and sharp objects) we have Dogs. they never show up when they are told to. we had a gas leak for 35 hours they did not show up twice. they left our sink blocked for a month after calling them daily. they DO NOT ANSWER THE EMERGENCY NUMBER!!!! IT SAYS IT IS OPEN 24/7 BUT IT IS ONLY 9-5 I've never had an experience this bad in my life. This company is the biggest Joke i have ever come across DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!
Totally UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He gave us and quote in Dec and said he would come and do the job at the beginning of Jan. He didn't turn up, then he said he would get someone to call/come, that didn't happen!! It is dishonesty to promise what can't deliver. Then he ignored my calls onwards.
