Kimberly was very helpful and nice to talk with.
This is a bandit shop and I will be filing two complaints, one with the State Troopers and one with State Atty Generals office. Charged over $500 for a tow out and took the car back to his shop. The car belongs to my unemployed son so I had to bail him out. My son, against my advice left the car there, I told him daily to go get the car because they will charge crazy numbers for lot storage which apparently he didn't believe. He called them daily but they never returned his calls... They say they did but we have phone record... read more
