Thorough and knowledgeable
Horner Networks installed our home automation and security system 8 years ago. We've been very happy with their service. When something needs maintenance or service, we fully trust their technicians to come into our home whether we are there or not. They treat us and our home with respect. They are extremely knowledgeable and are able to explain what needs to be done and why in easy terms.
We recently purchased a home with what I would consider advanced technology, and Chad from Horner Networks was absolutely fantastic. He helped us configure the network and all of our connected devices with ease. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with—he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Horner Networks, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Chad.
