Never thought I would have to know the laws that governs a mechanic. Had to take *r. * Horner to court just to get my vehicle back. I drove my vehicle to him and had to have it Towed back to my house with more problems. He tried to charge me over $850 for installing a starter. He had 4 hours of labor at $100 an hour. *y concern now is, how many more people has he taken advantage of. Someone really needs to stop *r. * Horner and his scheming ways before he is allowed to rob more tax paying, hard working citizens
