Massive scam.Just collecting money. No service delivery at all.
It's been several months and they haven't addressed an issue that is affecting my quality of life. So far they are no better than ACE
Management of our strata was quite good in the beginning but the service deteriorated. Things took a long time to get fixed, stating owners didn’t vote. However most of these aged individuals don’t even know how to use email, one would assume follow up via phone would be the right service. One owner was told off for fixing an emergency problem on the weekend without notification.
