Serviced my motor quickly. Friendly and helpful staff
As a family-owned company that has been around for over 70 years, they are friendly, helpful and work hard to satisfy their customers' needs. If you need replacement parts, new motors or repairs, this is the place to go. They are also under new management (Travis Brown) at their Terre Haute location.
They might be very good at what they do, but they are not very good drivers, nor are they polite when they drive. The van in front of me obviously was in the wrong lane to turn off of Blakely onto Wabash this morning, but it really wasn’t necessary to cut me off without signaling since I’m sure whatever they were headed, it wasn’t life threatening js
The guys at horner industrial group were very helpful in solving my electric motor issues! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!
